Business centre sales manager – Swindon We are a FTSE 250 company and a provider of UK wide serviced offices. You will have all the infrastructure and business functions in place to support the growth of the centre. With an immediate start, we want to speak to community focused sales managers with excellent operational skills. The role - • £30,000 minimum basic salary • Plus £7,500 bonus (very achievable) • £37,500 realistic earnings per year + full benefits package • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (no micromanagement) • Full company infrastructure to support you • Marketing budget • New business lead generation in place • Existing client book and new pipeline already established • Laptop + mobile and all expenses paid • Pension If you are - • Outgoing and interested in people and the business community • Good at managing a deal through to close • A good networker and advocate • Great operationally We’d love to hear from you.
